The role
We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help ensure our clients get the most value out of Sweetspot’s platform. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping them navigate the system, solve issues, and ensure their day-to-day operations run smoothly.
You’ll work closely with clients as well as our product and tech teams, helping translate customer needs into feedback and improvements for the platform. This is a hybrid role based in Stockholm, with most of your time spent at our HQ.
What you'll achieve:
Ensure our clients receive fast, clear, and helpful support when using the Sweetspot platform
Help golf facilities successfully manage their bookings, pricing, and operations through the system
Contribute valuable product feedback by identifying bugs and feature requests from customers
Help improve and systemise internal support processes and documentation
Support the continuous improvement of how Sweetspot serves and communicates with clients
What you'll do:
Handle incoming support tickets and help clients troubleshoot issues in the system
Guide clients on how to best use Sweetspot’s features and tools
Report bugs and product feedback to our tech and product teams
Work daily with tools such as HubSpot, Slack, the Sweetspot platform, and AI tools to improve efficiency and support quality
Contribute to internal documentation and best practices for supporting clients
Help ensure our clients have a smooth and positive experience using Sweetspot
What you bring
You’re a curious and tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys helping customers and explaining systems in a clear and simple way. Ideally, you bring:
Fluency in English, both written and spoken (native level not required)
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Comfort working with digital tools and systems
A structured and solution-oriented approach to problem solving
Interest in learning new technologies and improving workflows
Bonus if you also have:
Experience working in customer support, hospitality, or SaaS
Experience using tools such as HubSpot or other CRM/support platforms
Curiosity about how AI tools can help optimise workflows and improve support
An interest in golf, sport, or hospitality – not required, but welcome
