The role
We’re looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and execution. You’ll be responsible for increasing our online visibility, generating high-quality leads, and supporting market expansion across Europe and the US.
You’ll work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with Sweetspot’s broader commercial goals. This is a hybrid role based in Stockholm, with most of your time spent at our HQ.
What you'll achieve:
Build thought leadership and category leadership that positions Sweetspot as the go-to partner for data-driven golf operations
Build a community where customers can access best practices, product news, white papers, and more
Optimise and systemise HubSpot workflows to align sales and marketing
Launch at least two new lead-generating initiatives in your first six months (e.g. newsletters, webinars, lead magnets)
What you'll do:
Plan and execute digital campaigns across social, email, and community platforms
Create compelling content for landing pages, marketing emails, and social posts
Own and optimise HubSpot CRM and marketing automation workflows
Support the day-to-day management of our website
What you bring
You’re a hands-on digital marketer who knows how to turn ideas into measurable impact. Ideally, you bring:
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within SaaS or B2B
Experience in planning and running digital campaigns
Content creation skills across multiple channels
Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
Bonus if you also have:
Experience with CMS tools (e.g. Framer) and design tools like Figma
Curiosity about how AI tools (like ChatGPT) can support modern marketing
A passion for golf, sport, or hospitality – not required, but welcome
